Norma, Steve, and myself had a great Ghana meeting yesterday. Right now we keep coming up with a whole lot of questions about how this is going to work out. Ok, to ask questions but glad we don't have to have it figured out, because God already does. Keep praying for us!

I read, " a whole lot of ?'s but don't have it all figured out yet."But God does..."I agree!" It does say, "the steps are ordered by the Lord and all things are done decently and in order." ReplyDeleteAs each of you prepare to go...and share the good news of CR...here is some new and refreshing insight about what you will be doing...I was reading, 'no pain, no gain...How people Grow"...by Townsend and Cloud...it talked about how grief works and it promotes growth...how the BODY of beleivers...emphasizing that grief over loss/pain can only be accomplished in the context of relationship...we need others to hold us as we go thru the process of "letting down and letting go"...we must have something good in hand to be able to let go of something bad...being like a trapeze artist; you can only let go of one trapeze if another is in view...having each of you tell Ghana they need a support system to attach to they cannot grieve a good or bad relationship or other loss ...they need feedback to learn from experience...the bible tells mourn with those who mourn...blessed are those who mourn for they will be comforted matt 5:4
